Identifying the intracellular localisation and isoforms of up to five lncTNBC in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer

    Project: Research

    Project Details

    Description

The primary objective of our study is to elucidate the role of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC), by determining their intracellular localization and distribution. Additionally, we aim to uncover and characterise a broader spectrum of lncRNAs and their isoforms within TNBC, leveraging Nanopore sequencing and the RISER analytical platform for an in-depth exploration.
