Project Details
Description
Two Australian projects are to be conducted in collaboration with the European partners in ImpleMentAll. These projects will take existingiCBT programs and implement them into clinical practice. The first will trial the implementation of a stepped care treatment approach to incorporate iCBT programs into primary care services. Outcomes will be assessed at the practice level (e.g., success of Implementation and uptake by clinicians, referral patterns) and at the individual level (e.g., effectiveness, cost effectiveness, adherence). The second will use a stepped wedge trial to compare three pathways for implementation of iCBT: primary care clinics, pharmacies and online (direct-to-consumer). Outcomes include reach (uptake of iCBT), effectiveness, adoption (adherence to iCBT), implementation (engagement with clinicians andpharmacists) and maintenance (ongoing uptake and effectiveness).
