Description
This project will be conducted by a research team at the Australian National University. The team are experts in body image, mental and physical health, and issues related to equality and inclusion; with extensive experience evaluating health interventions.The aims of this project are to:1.Investigate the psychological and behavioural benefits of the Any Body, Any Time inclusive Anytime Fitness campaign;2.Assess the Any Body, Any Time campaigns impact on attendance and membership uptake at Anytime Fitness gyms nation-wide;3.Provide an evidence base that enables strategic decision making and boosts marketing potential for Anytime Fitness going forward.
