Keep it clever? Keep it healthy Piloting a new method to treat mental health problems in young people at university

The Uni Virtual Clinic (UVC) is a comprehensive online mental health service that has been developed at the CMHR, ANU. It is designed to prevent and treat mental health problems and related issues in university students through the provision of free, anonymous, tailored, and evidence-based information, screening, and treatment packages. The UVC has the potential to be implemented in universities across Australia, but requires evidence of its effectiveness. This project will implement and conduct a pilot evaluation of the UVC, providing much needed feasibility and efficacy data to support a large scale, multi-site RCT in universities across Australia.
