    Description

    The outcome of this research project will be a report recommending and commenting on planning regulatory options for dealing with interactions between pipelines and development of other land uses based on research findings about regulatory approaches to similar developments or in comparable jurisdictions or founded on legal or theoretical principles about land use. This project will provide a broader context for the work of the APIA Pipeline Corridor Committee specifically including consideration of analogous situations in other jurisdictions and in other industries.
