Leadership Emerging from Migration, Ethnicity, Race and Gender in Australia and EU

The proposed project focuses on leadership and diversity to empower racialized and migrantwomen to act for cultural difference. It consolidates and broadens the understanding of academic cooperation at acrucial time in the relationship and bilateral engagement for the education and training of new and better leaders. Lead-EMERG develops from the institutional, race, gender, and leadership studies in the EU and Australia, and addressesthe Inclusion and Diversity priorities, with a special focus on institutional, educational, and leadership studies
