Learning & Teaching in the Discipline of Law: Achieving & Sustaining Excellence in a Changed & Changing Environment

The aims of the project are twofold: first, to identify concrete and practical ways of enhancing learning and teaching in the discipline of law ('achieving excellence'), and secondly, to ensure that those enhancements are not one-off but are sustainable well into the future by establishing infrastructure and support mechanisms that will allow the research into and implementation of best practice to be ongoing ('sustaining excellence').
