Description
The project is a philosophical, legal and comparative study of modes of human rights implementation which investigates the most appropriate ways of articulating and realising human rights in Australia. Drawing on comparative studies of human rights regimes, principally in the USA, Canada, New Zealand and the UK, the focus is on ways of increasing cooperation between legislatures, courts and citizens in the formulation and protection of human rights.
