Longitudinal Evaluation and Monitoring of the QSNTS People, Place and Partnership Program

Develop a PPP Monitoring and Evaluation Framework that will be used as the framework to then undertake a longitudinal study of: QSNTS Whole of Client: Whole of Organisation program design and strategies; QSNTSs ongoing implementation of the program; PBC engagement and capabilities developed under the PPP program; and related outcomes and impacts for PBCs and their native title members.
