Master Collaboration Agreement_ANU-Sunrise CSP Pty Ltd

Please accept this letter as confirmation of our intent to engage services from STG.We believe the services are best delivered using a 2 phased approach:1. Initial advisory services, to be performed by yourself and Joe Coventry providing technical advice to our MSA Project team. In this phase I propose that we also jointly develop work packages that define the deliverables, tasks, resources and budget we will require for new receiver designs and industrial applications for the Big Dish.2.We then intend to implement the work packages we have jointly developed in phase 1 following the approval of the work by the board of Sunrise CSP in accordance with our commercial priorities and the capital raisings required to fund their implementation. The Sunrise CSP group of companies will build upon our recently successfully closed investment round with additional capital raisings that will incorporate funding for phase 2 work packages.
