Meta models for classifying subtle actions in images and videos

The Office of National Intelligence (ONI) and the Defence Science and Technology (DST) Group has launch a new collaborative project to develop Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) expertise and capability in areas of significant importance to the Australian defence and national security community. The problem statement for Challenge Topic 21, Classification of subtle activities infers the following requirementswhich shape the optimal solution.(1) the data is in both single image frame and short video sequence format(2) the activities to be identified are subtle(3) two quite different classification problems are required to be performed by the same model
