MH-Guru: A mental health workplace induction program

This project will inform and facilitate the commercialisation of MH-Guru, an online mental health induction program for the workplace by: (i) undertaking a gold-standard trial of the effectiveness of the program in promoting help-seeking for anxiety and depression, reducing stigma and increasing mental health knowledge; and (ii) undertaking the necessary steps in stage 1 of the commercialisation of this program (software reimplementation, identification of an external host, development of the license, etc) which will involve directly licensing it to organisations that have already expressed an interest
