MRF2032711 - CIA Odette Pearson - HHART (Healthy Heart Actions Right Time) has been developed with 3 partnering communities who are vested in preventing cardiovascular disease (CVD). Our shared vision aligns directly with the CVD Mission (Stream 3): for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people to live free of CVD and stroke for the longest possible time through employing culturally secure best-practice prevention in community and primary health care contexts.
