Multi-functional 2D imaging system for on-working devices

    Project: Research

    Project Details

    Description

This proposal aims to establish the most advanced all-in-one multi-functional three-dimensional (3D) imaging system in the world. The facilities which will be located at the Melbourne Centre for Nanofabrication (MCN), RMIT and UTS - combine broadband pulse lasers, optical and electronic measurement modules, as well as electrochemical workstations with confocal Raman microscope to realise 3D imaging and mapping of micro and nanoscale devices. The very high spatial and time resolution of the system affords unprecedented capabilities to investigate the complex electrical, photoelectrical, photochemical or electrochemical processes in a variety of onworking electrical, photonic, optoelectronic, microelectromechanical and energy devices.
