National Disability Strategy Program Logic

The Department of Social Services (DSS) has requested help with the development of a theory of change and program logic to support the development and implementation of new National Disability Strategy. It is essential that the program logic reflects the major policy priorities in the existing strategy. Achieving this requires a mapping of the various areas of policy and expenditure exercised by both the Commonwealth and states and territories and services provided by Non-Government Organisations (NGOs).
