NGC I Veloce Upgrade (Project)

Expected benefits include:This upgrade is part of a larger project that aims to replace the problematic ARC III controller currently used for the CCD in the Rosso arm of Veloce and the six aging and obsolete AAO2 DocuSign Envelope ID: 0F15BF6C-4ECC-414F-A341-4D313286B668Page 2controllers and six computers used for the CCDs of AAOmega and HERMES with ESO NGC I and ESO NGC II controllers.This upgrade is also part of a long-term strategy to acquire knowledge to build these controllers to fulfil AATs future requirements for detector controllers and those of other observatories and telescopes.
