Description
The objectives of this project are to conduct a process and outcome evaluation of the NBSP, by: analysing administrative data provided by ALS on the operation of the NBSP;analysing available relevant administrative data from ACT Police, Courts and Corrective Services, in relation to breaches of bail;analysing ACT Magistrate Court bail decisions;conducting document analysis of NBSP clients' Bail Plans; andconducting surveys and/or interviews
