Description
Single cell analysers are essential tools for cell biology, infectious disease, virology and immunology research allowing high-resolution analysis of many cellular traits. Typically, the instruments used for cell analysis are conventional flow cytometers supported by core facilities (e.g. CHASM in JCSMR). However, their distance from the lab and booking requirements make experiments where testing that needs to be done on the fly or atmultiple short intervals exceptionally difficult and sometimes impossible. This is common for virus and other pathogen infections.
