    1 CollaborationSony and ANU will jointly conduct research into active noise control to be used for noise reduction over space using Spherical Harmonic Domain/Wave Domain Signal Processing, whose details shall be discussed and determined by and between Sony and ANU.2 MethodThe project will investigate into the wave domain signal processing and its application to the active noise control over the spatial region. Experimentation will be done using the Matlab language and computation environment.3 Expected ResultsAn experimentation environment providing a number of active noise control algorithms implemented in the Matlab language shall be developed and delivered as a result of the Collaboration by ANU to Sony by the end of the term.
