Description
The On PAR program (Program) is a new pilot program of The Smith Family which commenced operating in New South Wales at the start of 2020 and is being philanthropically funded for a period of up to 7 years. The Smith Family seeks to evaluate the viability and efficacy of the Program. Professor Nicholas Biddle, who is employed by ANU, has the required technical expertise to lead the evaluation and research Project concerning the Program.
