Description
More than 5000 Australians are newly diagnosed with lymphomas. Recent technology identified many candidate genes for lymphomas, however it still remains unclear how each mutated gene distorts signalling molecules inside malignant cells. Our team will generate a comprehensive reference for CARD11 mutations, one of the most recurrent mutated genes in lymphoma. This reference will provide immediate information on the consequences of each mutation, such as growth potency and drug sensitivity.
