Outcomes Monitoring Framework for Open Arms - Veterans & Families Counselling

DVA is seeking a proposal to develop and implement an Outcomes Monitoring Framework to support the introduction of routine outcome measurement and provide Open Arms with the tools to better understand the needs of clients, to plan for the allocation of resources, and ensure continuing improvement of service quality over time. The Framework will provide Open Arms a coherent picture of mental health care outcomes at the individual, service and population level.
