Description
The primary goal of the project is to facilitate cooperation and collaboration by Australian and Indonesian environmental law researchers to identify key
opportunities for reform and improvement of energy law, governance and policy, through a program of comparative research. The central aim is to identify and
elaborate upon barriers and blockages to investment in cleaner energy in both countries. The ultimate objective is to assist policy makers and legislators by
identifying, investigating and suggesting how to better incentivise clean energy in Australia and Indonesia.
