Pathways to Benefit for Indigenous Australians in Genomic Medicine

Bioplatforms Australia Project - subcontract - Indigenous Genomics Network: BPA has entered into an agreement (Head Agreement) with the Commonwealth Government represented by and acting through the Department of Education and Training (Commonwealth) to operate and/or provide access to research infrastructure as part of the Bioplatforms Australia Project (Project). -BPA will be coordinating the Project, which will be implemented through engaging subcontractors to facilitate the continued operation and maintenance of certain research infrastructure (Assets) and participate in the Project. -BPAs involvement in this program will support the National Indigenous Genomics Networks Co-ordination hub headed by Professor Alex Brown - located within Adelaide SA. This funding will support the essential positions within the hub that are needed to manage and co-ordinate all aspects of the Network and its National and International remit.
