Plasma cleaner for improved high resolution imaging capabilities in electron microscopy

In this proposal, we seek funding for a plasma cleaner suitable for optimum cleaning of samples for suitable for TEM and SEM analyses. This plasma cleaner in contrast to others on the market are especially designed for TEM samples cleaning with different gas mixtures and easily programmed recipes for different sample composition and special adaptors for TEM sample holders and SEM sample holders.
