    This proposal is in response to a request from the ACT Health for the Maiem nayri Wingara (MnW) Indigenous Data Sovereignty (ID-Sov) Collective to assist ACT Health Directorate with designing and establishing setting an Indigenous Data Governance (ID-Gov) structure. The overarching activities of the project will include:1.Project planning and contract commencement2.Socialising the concepts of ID-Sov and ID-Gov within the ACT Health Directorate through providing ID-Sov and ID-Gov education and capability building for the ACT Health Directorate 3.Socialising the concepts of ID-Sov and ID-Gov within the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community in the ACT through a series of community engagement workshops on ID-Sov and ID-Gov4.Assisting ACT Health Directorate to develop ID-Gov policies and procedures for an Indigenous Data Governance structure 5.Evaluating and monitoring systems change with the implementation of ID-Sov principles and ID-Gov mechanisms
