    Description

    The first tranche involves defining what quality Employment Services looks like from an employer perspective. This will involve reviewing and synthesising the Departments current body of work on employer needs and feedback, such as Evaluation of jobactive, Meeting Employer Needs Report, I want to work Report, employer surveys, and insights from the Employer Mobilisation Branch. The second tranche involves identifying and consolidating global best practices and matrices for assessing and scoring the quality of Employment Services from both an employer and job seeker perspective. The third tranche involves outlining qualitative and quantitative data sets both new and existing that can be used to report on the quality of Employment Services from an employer perspective.
