R U OK? Community Ambassador Research Project

The purpose of this project is to conduct a qualitative study exploring the experiences of R U OK? Community Ambassadors. The study will include the collection of qualitative interview data from Ambassadors. Interviews are proposed to explore experiences of satisfaction, connection and belonging resulting from participating in the Community Ambassador program. Interviews will also assess Ambassadors' expectations of the program (whether they are met, potential ways to address unmet expectations), and outcomes for professional development. Interview results are intended to build upon the evidence base for the program and more widely and inform ongoing data collection (e.g., annual surveys with Community Ambassadors).
