Random Survey Sample (RSS) MethodologyReview

The Random Sample Survey (RSS) program is an assurance programme that provides data on payment accuracy levels. The data collected through the survey measures the effectiveness of compliance and the results are also used to measure the level of payment accuracy. The RSS Program area has identified potential improvements and has proposed changes to this ensuing existing methodology and is seeking to have it reviewed to ensure that it remains fit for purpose. The review process may also identify opportunities for improvements to the existing methodology or associated inputs to it.
