Regulating Transparency and Disclosures on Modern Slavery in Global Supply Chains

The project will investigate gaps and options in current reporting frameworks for companies to report on human rights and environmental risks in their supply chain. This project offers a) the first comprehensive analysis of emerging mechanisms that mandate corporate disclosure for due diligence on human rights and sustainability issues in supply chains and b) will develop a conceptual framework to inform future regulatory, policy and business responses to this issue in Australia.
