2021 MRFF GHFM - This project will produce new experimental and computational tools for the systematic study the molecular composition of mRNA, result in a new capacity to explore the effects of mRNA modifications, and deliver the first toolkit for rapid and cost-effective therapeutic mRNA design using chemical modifications.
