Software development: Optimisation and adaption

As a next step in making ANU's W-phase software operational, GA seeks to engage ANU to: 1.Optimise the performance of the W-phase software, and provide a comparison against other available software. 2.Adapt the ANU W-phase software for use with the SeiscomP3 earthquake monitoring software. Deliverables to be supplied will be: 1.An optimised version of ANU's W-phase software, adapted to run under SeiscomP3. This software will be released by ANU as Open Source under the license Apache Version 2: http://www.apache.org/dev/apply-license.html. 2.A report describing performance testing of the W-phase software, along with documentation describing how the software works.
