Delivery of a program of 4 workshops to assist the Australian Government preparation for the Plenipotentiary Conferernce of the Telecommunication Union (ITU) 26 September - 14 October 2022. Also, to deliver reearch paper/s on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Open Networks (ON) in the context of technical standards development and developing countries wants and needs.
