Description
This project will involve mathematical research of the highest international calibre on subfactors. Progress in these fields will lead to advances in the mathematical fields of operator algebra, quantum algebra, and quantum topology, with applications to computing (e.g. substrates for quantum computers) and condensed matter physics.
