    DoH Request for Tender - Activities are scheduled to occur over a 4 year period, 1 July 2022 through 30 May 2026 work by LCI Maddox and team will assess the impacts and outcomes of the Tackling Indigenous Smoking (TIS) programs Regional Tobacco Control Grants (RTCGs) on smoking prevalence and other important tobacco-related indicators among Indigenous Australians from 2010 to throughout the period of the agreement. Executed in a very short timeframe after receiving the RFT, without CRO review, but with input from Contracts and legal teams, due to DOH wish to finalise prior to impending governmental caretaker period. Email attached indicating NCEPH Director endorsement, and RSD Director endorsement was indicated by signature on contractual document (sought by Lynne Whitehead).
