Description
GIWL won a tender for expert advice and the development of employer education related to the implementation of Recommendation (3.1a) from the Review of the Gender Equality Act (2012). The recommendation will require relevant employers with 500 or more employees to set, achieve and report on targets to improve gender equality outcomes in at least three of the six gender equality indicators enshrined in the Act.
