    Description

    Age-related metabolic decline is a major determinant of world-wide population morbidity and mortality. Nutritional interventions such as dietary restriction can improve health and longevity, but often lead to undesirable side-effects such as sarcopenia and have poor adherence. With this project we seek to find a way to mimic the health benefits of dietary protein restriction while avoiding the negative aspects via a precision nutrient restriction strategy.
