Description
This project will develop an improved laser measurement technique for precisely monitoring the position of spacecraft. The technique will improve future gravity missions such as GRACE, a NASA/German mission studying climate change by mapping the Earth's gravity, and LISA a planned space-based gravitational wave observatory.
