To accomplish this, we will use ANUs unique combination of analytical facilities which includeseveral scanning electron microscopes equipped with cathodoluminescence and EDS detectors,a quantitative electron probe microanalyser (EPMA), a recently upgraded automated mineralmapping system (QEMSCAN), Raman and FTIR spectroscopy, and a laser ablation systemequipped with and ICP-MS and LIBS detectors.
