Project Details
Description
Advanced imaging is indispensable for understanding biological function at the molecular level, yet ANU is currently the only Go8 without access to super resolution microscopy. To compete at international standards, we must keep pace with current imaging technology. Leica Stellaris8 will fill the void in super-resolution and live-cell imaging at ANU, to provide optical microscopy capabilities essential for life science research. Moreover, we expand capacity with the addition of adaptive deconvolution to super-resolution levels and fullyintegrated multichannel, high-speed fluorescence life time imaging (not available at most Go8s). Thus, enabling high impact research outcomes to attract future grant funding to ANU
