    Project Details

    Description

Transferred to UQ: The present study will focus on the Neurokinin 3 receptor (NK3R), we discovered as a key regulator of interneuron development. Our pilot data reveals that specific modulation of NK3R activity during a critical window in brain maturation considerably alters adult function and triggers ASD-like symptoms inwild-type mice.
