Ultrafast laser system for time-resolved imaging and nonlinear nano-photonics

    Project: Research

    Project Details

    Description

This project aims to establish a state-of-the-art optical facility for studies of the ultra-fast dynamics of lightmatter interactions with femtosecond temporal and nanometre spatial resolution. The knowledge obtained using the facility will not only advance our fundamental understanding of light-matter interactions, but will facilitate the development of dramatically improved optoelectronic devices and advanced molecular imaging.
