Description
Cultural, environmental and socio-economic diversity in the Murray-Daring Basin, as well as complex governance structures across levels, mean brokering, leading and influencing in a dynamic map of stakeholders is critical for productive and positive change. But best practice in this area, as well as research on systems leadership, is still in its infancy. Therefore, this program of work investigates the leadership knowledges, skills and environments which can promote leadership from anywhere, and for anywhere, the Murray-Darling Basin. The project will develop tangible, research-informed recommendations for enabling leadership across the many complex domains and industries that exist in the Basin (cultural, geographical, etc.), and output resources for workshops and training to enable this learning.
