Description
The project will involve analysis of gene expression and molecular interactions with other cells. The overall goal will be the synthesis of spleen tissue using minimal cell requirements. This research will provide new and fundamental insight into spleen developmental biology, and have downstream application in regenerative medicine for patients requiring spleen transplantation.
