Description
Collaborative activities include two parts - BioCLI and Workflow Commons. BioCLI is to tailor command line environments to the needs of Australian life science communities, deploy at the compute infrastructure they use and support both research and training. Workflow Commons is to ensure that Australian life scientists can discover, understand, and execute priority workflows that underpin their research.
