Description
We propose to upgrade an existing surface wave facility to cater for recently funded research directions
and collaborations. The objective is to add new features to the well-established surface wave facility. The central part of the facility is an electro-dynamic shaker, capable of generating a force of 4kN (kilo
Newton) with a travel of up to 50 mm displacement in the frequency range up to 4 kHz.
