Project Details
Description
To provide the first rigorous, wide-ranging analysis of how human teeth respond to early life condition, based on a unique, large-scale database collected through the project. This database will then be used to:1.Effectively determine the validity of teeth as biomarkers of early life stress, 2.Improve our ability to interpret hominin fossil teeth to better understand the life history and palaeobiology of human ancestors.
