Vaping Reforms Monitoring and Evaluation - Phase 1

Request for Quotation under MAS Panel Deed - reference: Health/E25-7035 -- The Department is contracting the Australian National University to develop a package of core documents that will comprise a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Framework package, Baseline Report and Evaluation Implementation Plan for the Government’s vaping reforms (“Phase 1”). Phase 1 will support implementation of an evaluation of the Australian Government’s vaping reforms and inform a mid-point review of the National Tobacco Strategy 2023-2030. Phase 1 deliverables include the key instruments the Department will use to monitor and evaluate progress of the vaping reforms. These deliverables will support a national approach to the monitoring and evaluation of the vaping reforms.
