Abstract
SPAC对美国和全球资本市场的吸引力是不争的事实。而在决定是否将SPAC引入我国之前,有必要在探究SPAC独特魅力的同时祛魅SPAC。尤其需要全面理解SPAC对资本市场公众投资者保护带来的特殊挑战,根据我国的制度特点,提供更为完备的公众投资者保护法律制度。
