Abstract
Bayesianism, named after Thomas Bayes (1702–1761), is a family of related approaches in epistemology, philosophy of mind, Decision Theory, and statistics. In epistemology, philosophy of mind, and Decision Theory, Bayesians use probability theory to represent rational agents' degrees of belief.
